Waterbending was learnt by humans from the moon,which they watched how the moon push and pull the tides.From there they also practice as often now.
HOW TO WATERBEND
Waterbending is very easy but yet an a student but in airbending. Now we will be use CHI,QI or KI.Chi is the the flow of energy in all animals or life force of animals(including humans).In using chi in bending we need to have control on our chi(note:chi is energy,if you are tired dont practice it) to do this, visit www.legenarybendingacademy.com the will give instructions on how to waterbend meditation and ci con trol.
MEDITATION
Meditating connects you with water to this.
Sit cross leg or lutos pose if you can or any comfortable position, backstreight and close your eyes.Then clear everything on mind(sorry a quiet place)your emotions,your anti pations and anything on your mind.
Now imagine yourself in a great lake or by an ocean,imgine yourself sub merged in the water totally relax,to the next part...
