In christian way; Sin is a transgression of the law of God and rebellion against God...... what sin does is that, it deprive u from knowing the true God.. Its a barrier and a stubling block, It seperate you from the love and light of God... When u are sining you are rebelling against the creator... You may be thinking that your prayer is not being answered its simply bcuz sin has held ur prayers downward from going to meet the father.. Read isaiah 59:1-2... God hate sin and he love us even when we are sining... That doesnt mean we should remain in sin.... *shall we continue in sin that grace may continue to abide? Definately not*... No man is righteous for all have sinned and cut short the glory of God.. Buh our God is very merciful thats y he sent his only begotton son to die 4 us on the cross of calvary to cleanse us 4rm ur sins.. so repent 4rm ur sins and turn to him.. he is waiting for you..
