Rice doesn't always have to be food. It can also be a dessert and I'll show you how: Firstly, you'll need: 1 cup of cooked rice 1/4 cup of sweet condensed milk 1/4 cup of coconut milk 1 handfull of coconut flakes 1/2 cup of chopped fruits Method: Place a small pot on a medium heat stove and add the cooked rice Pour in both condensed and coconut milk and mix evenly Allow to simmer on low heat for 5 minutes until the rice absorbs the milk Transfer into a bowl and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Top with fruits Voilla |
