There is a more better and preferred way to fry eggs without whisking it: firstly allow your oil to heat in the pan, throw in the egg and allow to fry till the enamel turns visibly white. Cover pan with a lid for 10 seconds and you have your perfect fried egg with the yolk and enamel visible. |
