CHAPTER 2

After the lesson, the students couldn't stop talking about Daniel's embarrassing moment. They teased him mercilessly, calling him names and making jokes about his stained trousers.

Daniel tried to ignore them, but it was no use. He was the laughingstock of the school, and everyone seemed to be enjoying it except him.

As the day went on, the teasing only got worse. Daniel's classmates would snicker and point whenever he walked by, and even some of the teachers couldn't help but raise an eyebrow when they saw him.

Stella, on the other hand, was trying to process her feelings about the kiss with Uncle Felix. She couldn't believe what had happened, and she wasn't sure how to react.

As the school day drew to a close, Stella gathered her things and headed out of the classroom. She was lost in thought, replaying the events of the day over and over in her mind.

The final bell rang, signaling the end of the school day. Stella joined the throngs of students streaming out of the school gates, still trying to make sense of everything that had happened.

As she walked home, Stella couldn't shake the feeling that her life was about to change in ways she couldn't even imagine.

As Stella walked home, she couldn't help but think about the kiss with Uncle Felix. She had never felt that way about anyone before, and she wasn't sure how to process her emotions.

Meanwhile, Daniel was having a rough time. His classmates were still teasing him mercilessly, and he just wanted to go home and forget the whole day.

As he walked home, he ran into Stella. Hey, Stella, he said, trying to sound casual. What's up?

Stella smiled sympathetically. Hey, Daniel. I'm so sorry about what happened in class today. That was really embarrassing.

Daniel shrugged. It's okay. I'm just glad it's over.

Stella nodded. Yeah, me too. So, how was the rest of your day?

Daniel sighed. It was pretty rough. Everyone's been teasing me nonstop.

Stella frowned. That's not fair. You don't deserve to be treated like that.

Daniel smiled gratefully. Thanks, Stella. You're a really good friend.

As they continued walking, Stella couldn't help but notice the way Daniel was looking at her. It was a look she had never seen before, and it made her feel a little uncomfortable.

Suddenly, Daniel spoke up. Stella, can I ask you something?

Stella hesitated for a moment before nodding. Sure, Daniel. What is it?

Daniel took a deep breath before speaking. I was wondering if maybe... you'd like to go out with me sometime?

Stella's eyes widened in surprise. She hadn't seen this coming, and she didn't know how to react.

Daniel, I... I don't think that's a good idea, she stammered.

Daniel's face fell, but he quickly recovered. It's not a date, Stella, he said with a smile. I just thought it would be nice to study together for our upcoming exams. There's a library nearby that's open in the evenings. We could meet there and study together.

Stella hesitated, unsure of what to say. She didn't want to hurt Daniel's feelings, but she wasn't sure if she was ready to spend time with him outside of school.

But as she looked into Daniel's hopeful eyes, she felt a pang of guilt. Maybe studying together wouldn't be so bad after all.

Okay, fine, Stella said finally, trying to sound casual. But just for studying, okay?

Daniel's face lit up with a smile. I promise, Stella. Just studying. I'll meet you at the library at 5 pm today?

Stella nodded, feeling a sense of trepidation. What had she just gotten herself into?

As they parted ways, Stella headed back to her hostel, lost in thought. She couldn't believe she had agreed to study with Daniel.

When she arrived at her hostel, she quickly changed out of her school uniform and into a comfortable pair of jeans and a t-shirt. She brushed her hair and applied a light layer of makeup before heading out the door.

Meanwhile, Daniel had also arrived at his hostel, a small room he shared with three other guys. He quickly changed out of his school uniform and into a pair of shorts and a t-shirt. He splashed some water on his face and ran a hand through his hair before heading out to meet Stella.

As the sun began to set, Daniel made his way to the library, his heart racing with excitement. He couldn't believe that Stella had agreed to study with him.

As he arrived at the library, he spotted Stella already seated at a table, her books and notes spread out before her. She looked up and smiled as he approached.

Hey, Daniel said, trying to sound casual. Sorry I'm late.

Stella shook her head. You're not late. I just got here a few minutes ago.

Daniel smiled and took a seat next to her. Okay, let's get started then.

As they began to study, Stella quickly realized that Daniel was struggling with some of the concepts. She patiently explained the material to him, using simple examples to help him understand.

Daniel was amazed by Stella's intelligence and patience. She was always willing to help him, and her explanations made even the most difficult concepts seem easy.

As they studied, Daniel couldn't help but steal glances at Stella. She was even more beautiful up close, with her bright smile and sparkling eyes. He found himself getting lost in her beauty, his mind wandering away from the lesson at hand.

Stella, oblivious to Daniel's admiration, continued to explain the material to him. She was determined to help him understand, and she was happy to see him making progress.

As the evening wore on, Daniel found himself becoming more and more distracted. He couldn't stop staring at Stella, and he found himself wondering what it would be like to kiss her.

Stella, sensing that Daniel was getting distracted, gently reminded him to focus on the lesson. Daniel blushed, feeling embarrassed that he had been caught staring.

Despite the distraction, Daniel was grateful for Stella's help. He was determined to do well on the exam, and he knew that he couldn't have done it without Stella's support.

As the evening drew to a close, Stella packed up her things and smiled at Daniel. I think you're getting the hang of it, she said. Just remember to practice, and you'll do great on the exam.

Daniel smiled back at her, feeling a sense of gratitude and admiration. Thanks, Stella, he said. I really appreciate your help.

As they parted ways, Daniel couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement. He had never felt this way about anyone before, and he wasn't sure what to do with these new feelings.
