“I—uh—I
was just looking for
something!” Chika
stammered“At this hour?
In my room?” she
asked, her voice laced
with confusion. Chika felt
the heat rise to her
cheeks as she struggled
to think of a plausible
explanation. “I... I just
wanted to see if you had
any messages from
Max,”oh really? so why didn't you ask me earlier? so it's by this time you want to know? get out of my room before i raise an alarm.“I didn't mean to invade
your space. I just... I
really like Max and
wanted to reach out.”
As she stepped out of
the room, Ada sighed, her
anger grew
she said, her tone a bit
calmer now. “If you
want to talk to Max, just
text him like everyone
else.” Chika sighed,
feeling embarrassed. “I
know, I know. I just
panicked and didn't think
straight. I'm really sorry
for bothering you.” Ada
rolled her eyes but
couldn't help a small
smile. “Just be honest
next time. It's easier that
way. Now, can you
please leave my room? I
need to get some
sleep.”Okay i'll get going Chika replied and left
